1. Registration Fee
1) General: Pre-Conference/Main Conference
- Pre-Conference and Main Conference: $500.00 USD
- Main Conference: $400.00 USD (for Non-Student Attendee)
- Main Conference: $300.00 USD (for Non-Student Attendee's Family Member or Church Affiliate)
2) Students: Pre-Conference/Main Conference
- Pre-Conference and Main Conference: $250.00 USD
- Pre-Conference: $200.00 USD

3. Lodging
A. Lodging and breakfasts are provided for Pre-Conference attendees from July 31st to August 2nd(2 nights 3 days), Main Conference attendees from August 2nd to August 4th(2 nights 3 days).
B. Room types: Triple and Dormitory (6 beds)
C. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis starting from triple rooms. (Please note that due to the limited number of lodging, some selected individuals may have to share their rooms with other individuals.)
If youfd like to share a room with your family member or friends, please make a note on your registration form (not guaranteed).
4. Information on extra lodging and breakfast
A. If you need extra lodging between July 30th to August 1st, please note it on your Registration form and we will let you know about availability.
B. The deadline for submitting additional accommodation is May 31st. It may be closed early on a first come, first served basis.
C. Cost for extra lodging and breakfasts per day.
- Single occupancy (80.00 USD), Double occupancy (40.00 USD), Triple occupancy (30.00 USD)
D. Extra accommodation will not be provided after the conference (August 4th).
