Theme(主題) : Who is the least important for you in medical profession

医療者であるあなたにとって小さき者とは誰か？

Ishigaki island　石垣島

 400km from main Okinawa island and take one hour flight from Okinawa.沖縄本島から４００�qの距離にあり、沖縄からは飛行機で一時間かかります

Climate天候 : 28-33 Celsius day and night,最低２８度、最高３３度程度

Strongest sun shine and recommend strongest sunscreen when go outside or especially seaside.日射が特に強いので、日中戸外や海岸に出るときは一番強力なサンスクリーンを塗ることをお勧めします

Dress code : Formal Okinawa wear in summer is Kariyusi wear, short sleeve, no necktie <https://www.oki-islandguide.com/specialfeatures/kariyushi-wear> and for this meeting NO tie, NO suit and casual wear please.沖縄での夏の正装は「かりゆしウェア」という半そでノーネクタイのカジュアルなものです。ネクタイやスーツは必要ありません。

 

Airport in Ishigaki(ISG)石垣空港 : No scheduled international flight. Frequent flight from Okinawa airport(OKA) available and carrier is JAL and ANA.定期国際便はありません。沖縄空港からJALとANAの便が多数出ています。あるいは国内各地からの直行便が出ています。

4.Aug 　Dept 11:00 (from venue) Arrive 12:00,８月４日11時発12時着

 

Venue 会場について

School dormitory, large tatami room for bed room (air conditioned) no single or family room.学校合宿向け施設で畳敷きの大部屋です。個室や家族室はありません。エアコンディショニングはあります。

Wi-Fi connection might slow speed Wi-Fi接続環境はあまりよくありません
Clean facility by ourselves.会場清掃は私たちの責任です

No regular transport bus and taxi is rather difficult to hire because of number of taxi is not enough.会場への公共交通機関はありません。タクシーも台数が少なく使えないことがあります。

No shop in or around the venue. Only one drink vender machine in venue, so we prepare water supply station. Water tap is safe to drink　and no hot water supply.会場および周辺数�qに商店は一つもありません。会場に飲み物の自動販売機が一台だけあります。会場に飲水の準備をしますが水道水も飲めます。お湯の準備はありません。
Option : Extra stay （on 31th,July and 4,Aug）at the venue with around $10(Equivalent) per night and meal will be another option.７月３１日と８月４日に開催会場に宿泊できます。料金は一泊$10相当の見込み、食事は別途。

students and postgraduates less than 5 year （学生及び卒後5年以下）: $150(Equivalent)
senior more than 6years after graduation （卒後6年以上）: $250(Equivalent)
hotel stay in city area might be additional $350　or more

 

Cancellation policy: program will cancel when climate change and flight stops.台風による暴風時は開催キャンセルします。
